The Business
The Stewart family owned SME based in Paisley, Renfrewshire 10 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Our aim is to take commercial real estate opportunities in good locations, and re-purpose to fit industrial and commercial uses and demand and provide property to let.
Family expertise includes architecture and land economics.

We have developed a presence in Paisley over the years having previously been involved in Glasgow. Reasons are value for money in industrial and commercial real estate whilst still being in an advantageous location, 10 minutes Glasgow Airport + 5 Minutes M8 + 10 minutes by train to Glasgow Central.
